BEWARE of these LYING, STEALING CROOKS!! Charged my debit card twice for an order of pancit. My $11.09 order wound up costing me $22.18. When I went back to the restaurant with a printout of my bank statement & showed my statement on the app, they came up with all kinds of excuses as to why they couldnt reimburse me. Instead of making it right to satisfy the customer so I would come back again, they chose to make excuses. Going to show me a printout report from their register and said it only showed the funds coming out of my account 1 time on their report. I dont care what your report shows, my bank statement shows $11.09 deducted twice for Forbidden Palace. I told them I would never come there again and was going to write a bad review. They didnt care. Terrible attitude because they know theyre wrong. They know they received the payment twice but instead of making it right they chose to keep my money. You dont profit or benefit from mistreating people. It will come back to hurt your business in the end. If I were foreign or white they would have gladly reimbursed me. I might be black & elderly but Im far from stupid. The same thing happened to a friend of mine at Popeyes. But at least Popeyes had the decency to reimburse her for their mistake and make it right. Forbidden Palace is a poorly run business who doesnt care how they treat their customers. Ignorant and poor customer service. Just remember you wouldnt have a business if you didnt have customers. Ive told my family and friends about my incident and they wont be going there either. The hostess is awful and so is Ekah . Theyre the 2 who lied and mistreated me!

Something changed with the food since I visited in 2019. The food wasn't tasty like before. The veggie fried rice lacked flavor. It had big pieces of broccoli when before the veggies were chopped smaller. The general tso chicken wasn't good either. I was disappointed. Our Waitress was excellent which accounts for the 2 stars.

Food was excellent. Sushi, american Chinese and Cantonese entrees . Happy hour with drinks and appetizers. Very pleased, will be back again. Service also excellent.

The best Chinese I've ever had like you can eat this food without feeling sleepy and cramped up everything is fresh and you can really taste the difference between them and the corner ones in every neighborhood

The fried rice not fried, Szechuan chicken not fried, more like Hunan chicken. Fortune cookies GREAT! Only four dumplings in an order and meat was very dry. The crazy roll (RAW), very small, too much sauce and pricey for what is served. BBQ Chicken bun filled with more sauce than meat. 30-45 minute delivery window actually 1hr 15minutes. Lo Mein, pork, okay. Overall, overpriced not good food. Two thumbs down.
